Captain Hal
Captain Hal shares his love for fishing with his son Dylan, fishing side by side with him and taking out their Northumberland Strait boat tours together. When fishing season wraps up, Hal puts his regulatory knowledge of the fishing industry to use by teaching other fishermen the required certifications to ensure their safety on the water.
